American Museum of Science and Energy - Oak Ridge, The American Museum of Science and Energy is a science museum in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, designed to teach both children and adults about energy, especially nuclear power, and to document the role Oak Ridge played in the Manhattan Project. The museum opened as the American Museum of Atomic Energy in 1949 in an old wartime cafeteria on Jefferson Circle. It moved to its current facility in 1975 and was re-named AMSE in 1978.

Barthell, Kentucky - , Whitley City, Barthell is a former company town in McCreary County, Kentucky. It was established in 1902 and was the first of 18 mining camps to be built by the Stearns Coal and Lumber Company. It now serves as a open-air history museum.

Blount Mansion - Knoxville, The Blount Mansion, which is also referred to as William Blount Mansion, located at 200 West Hill Avenue in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, was the home of the only territorial governor of the Southwest Territory, William Blount. Blount, also a signer of the United States Constitution and a U.S. Senator from Tennessee, lived on the property with his family and ten African-Americans. Along with Blount's residence, the mansion served as the de facto capitol of the Southwest Territory, and in 1796 much of the Tennessee Constitution was drafted at the mansion.

Crescent Bend - Knoxville, Crescent Bend is a historic home at 2728 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee. The building is known as Crescent Bend because of its location on a bend of the Tennessee River. It is also known as the Armstrong-Lockett House, Longview and Logueval. Crescent Bend was built in 1834 by Drury Paine Armstrong, a farmer, merchant and public official who estimated that the house had cost him $5,517. The house was once the centerpiece of a 600-acre farm.
