Finland is a small town in the state of Minnesota. 3M Museum - Two Harbors, The John Dwan Office Building, located at 201 Waterfront Drive in Two Harbors, in the U.S. state of Minnesota was the location where Dwan, a Two Harbors attorney drew up the incorporation papers for the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company in 1902. The new company’s vision was to mine and process corundum that the founders believed was plentiful on Lake Superior's north shore. The company nearly went bankrupt, because the mineral they were mining was useless as an abrasive and the high humidity at Lake Superior wreaked havoc with their adhesive process.

Lake County Historical Depot Museum - Two Harbors, The Duluth and Iron Range Railroad Company Depot, located on Sixth Street in Two Harbors, in the U.S. state of Minnesota was built in 1907. The large two-story depot was the third depot on the site. The Minnesota Iron Company developed the Duluth and Iron Range Railway in 1883, laid out the town of Two Harbors in 1885, and built depots to conducts its business. When the rail line was completed to Duluth, it was used as a transfer point for passengers, lumber, and mining supplies.

Built in 1932, this Two Harbors course designed by Garrett Gill & George B. Williams is open apr 1 to nov 1. Tee times are accepted up to 4 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 218-834-2664. The golf course dress code is as follows: Shirt and shoes required.

Silver Bay Country Club - Silver Bay, The Silver Bay Country Club is a 9 hole public golf course in Lake County Minnesota. Built in 1959, this Silver Bay course is open apr 1 to nov 1. Tee times are accepted up to 7 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 218-226-3111. The golf course dress code is as follows: Shirt and shoes required.

Split Rock Lighthouse - Two Harbors, Split Rock Lighthouse is a lighthouse located southwest of Silver Bay, Minnesota in the US on the North Shore of Lake Superior. The structure was designed by lighthouse engineer Ralph Russell Tinkham and was completed in 1910 by the United States Lighthouse Service at a cost of $75,000, including the buildings and the land. It was built in response to the loss of ships during the famous Mataafa Storm of 1905, in which 29 ships were lost on Lake Superior.

Two Harbors Light - Two Harbors, The Two Harbors Light is the oldest operating lighthouse in the US state of Minnesota. Overlooking Lake Superior's Agate Bay, the lighthouse is located in Two Harbors, Minnesota. The construction of the Lighthouse began in 1891. The construction of the lighthouse was completed in 1892, the first lighting of the Two Harbors light was on April 14, 1892.The first Two Harbors Keeper was Charles Lederle and there were normally three Keepers assigned to make sure the light was lit 24 hours a day.
