Alfond Arena - University of Maine - Orono, Alfond Arena is a 5,712-seat multi-purpose arena in Orono, Maine in the US. The arena opened in 1977. It is home to the University of Maine Black Bears ice hockey and basketball teams. It is recognizable for its distinctive multi-angular roof design, which was also used in the Pavilion at Villanova University and the Brown University Smith Swim Center. It was expanded from its original capacity of 3,800 in 1992 in order to accommodate more spectators and bring the basketball team back from its temporary home at the Bangor Auditorium.

Ragged Mountain, it offers alpine skiing with views of the ocean. It also features cross-country skiing and a 400-foot toboggan run, on which the U.S. National Toboggan Championships are hosted annually.

Farnsworth Art Museum - Rockland, The Farnsworth Art Museum in Rockland, Maine, is an art museum that specializes in American art of the 18th–20th centuries.
