Alice Austen House - Staten Island, The Alice Austen House, which is also referred to as Clear Comfort, is located at 2 Hylan Boulevard in the Rosebank section of Staten Island, New York City, New York. Alumni Hall - St. John's University - Carnesecca Arena is a 6,008-seat multi-purpose arena in Queens County, New York in the US.
