Capt. Salem Avery House - Shady Side, The Capt. Salem Avery House is a historic home and museum at Shady Side, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. It is a two-story frame building, located on a 0.75-acre rectangular lot, overlooking the West River and Chesapeake Bay. The property consists of the main house with additions; three sheds formerly used as bath houses; and a modern boathouse built in 1993, featuring the locally built EDNA FLORENCE, a 1937 deadrise workboat.

Charles Sumner School - , Washington, The Charles Sumner School, established in 1872, was one of the earliest schools for African Americans in Washington, D.C. Named for the prominent abolitionist and United States Senator Charles Sumner, the school became the first teachers college for black citizens in the city and the headquarters of its segregated school system for African American students. It currently houses a small museum, a research room, art exhibits, and the archives of the District of Columbia Public Schools.

Chesapeake Beach Railway Station - Chesapeake Beach, The Chesapeake Beach Railway Station is a historic railway station located at Chesapeake Beach, Calvert County, Maryland. It is composed of two one-story, hip-roofed sections; one part was once an open passenger boarding area that was later enclosed for storage. The station was erected in 1898, for the Chesapeake Beach Railway. It is now operated as a railway museum.

Colonial Beach - , Colonial Beach, , , , , , Virginia, Colonial Beach is a town in Westmoreland County, Virginia. The population was 3,228 at the 2000 census. Possessing the second largest beach front in the state, Colonial Beach was a popular resort town in the early to mid-20th century, before the Chesapeake Bay Bridge made ocean beaches on the Eastern Shore of Maryland more accessible to visitors from Washington, D.C. The family of Alexander Graham Bell maintained a summer home in Colonial Beach, the Bell House, which still stands today.

Comcast Center - University of Maryland - College Park, Comcast Center is the arena for the University of Maryland Terrapins men’s and women's basketball teams. The Comcast Center, dubbed "The House Gary Built", was ranked the 7th toughest venue to play in by EA Sports. The on-campus facility is named for the Comcast Corporation, which purchased a 20-year, $25 million corporate naming agreement. Comcast Center replaced Cole Field House as home court, which had served as the home of Maryland basketball since 1955.

Corcoran Gallery of Art - , Washington, The Corcoran Gallery of Art is the largest privately supported cultural institution in Washington, DC. The museum's main focus is American art. The permanent collection includes works by Eugene Delacroix, Edgar Degas, Ian Hornak, Paul Manship, Chryssa Vardea Mavromichali, Claude Monet, Rembrandt, Pablo Picasso, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Andy Warhol, and many others. There are always several exhibitions. The Corcoran is the oldest and largest non-federal art museum in the District of Columbia.

Cove Point Light - Lusby, The Cove Point Light is a lighthouse that can be found on the west side of the Chesapeake Bay.

Cray House (Stevensville, Maryland) - Stevensville, The Cray House is a two-room house in Stevensville, Maryland. Built around 1809, it is a rare surviving example of post-and-plank construction, and of a build of small house which once dominated the local landscape. For these reasons it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

D.C. Armory - , Washington, The D.C. Armory is an armory and a 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena that is situated in Washington, D.C. managed by the Washington Convention and Sports Authority. The Armory was constructed and opened in 1941, as the headquarters, armory, and training facility for the District of Columbia National Guard. In recent years it has also become a venue for a broad range of events.
