Haleakala National Park - Haleakala National Park is a United States national park that can be found on the island of Maui in the state of Hawaii. The park covers an area of 30,183 acres, of which 24,719 acres is a wilderness area. In 2000 the name was changed by the Hawaiian National Park Language Correction Act of 2000 observing the Hawaiian spelling.

It is one of five gardens of the non-profit National Tropical Botanical Garden, the others being McBryde, Allerton, and Limahuli Garden and Preserve on Kauai, and The Kampong in Florida.
