Cedar Key Historical Museum - Cedar Key, The Cedar Key Historical Society Museum is located at 7070 D Street, Cedar Key, Florida. It contains exhibits and photographs depicting the history of Cedar Key from prehistoric times through the 20th century. The museum is housed in two buildings. The main part is in the Lutterloh House. The annex is the Andrews House, which was originally on Atsena Otie Key before being moved to the mainland after the 1896 hurricane.

Cedar Key Museum State Park - Cedar Key, Cedar Key State Museum is a Florida State Park located at 12231 SW 166th Court, Cedar Key, Florida. An important feature of the museum is the St. Clair Whitman house. The house depicts life in Cedar Key circa 1920 - 1930 and focuses on the life of St. Clair Whitman and his collections of sea shells and Indian artifacts .

Forest Capital State Museum - Perry, Forest Capital State Museum is a 13-acre Florida State Park located 1-mile south of Perry on US 19/US 98. The museum contains displays that recount the history of the forest industry as well as the wildlife of the forest. Adjacent to the museum is the Cracker Homestead built in 1864 that depicts life on a Florida homestead with a house, barn, well, arbor, and garden.
