Redwood National and State Parks - The Redwood National and State Parks are located in the US, along the coast of northern California. Comprising Redwood National Park and California's Del Norte Coast, Jedediah Smith, and Prairie Creek Redwoods State Parks, the combined RNSP contain 133,000 acres. Just outside of town at Trinidad State Beach you can explore some incredible tide pools. A ranger here pointed out barnacles, star fish, purple and green anemones, and a thick cluster of other sea life.
