Elephant Rocks at Williams - Williams, The Elephant Rocks at Williams is an 18 hole public golf course in Coconino County Arizona. Built in 1999, this Williams course designed by Gary Panks is open mar 1 to nov 30. Tee times are accepted up to 7 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 520-635-4935. The golf course dress code is as follows: Shirt and shoes required.
