Country Hearth Inn & Suites in Edwardsville, IL

We visited Edwardsville, Illinois recently and stayed at the Country Hearth Inn & Suites on Plummer Drive.

Admittedly, there’s not much choice if you’re looking for a hotel in the area, but believe me, you don’t want to make this mistake. Small uncomfortable rooms that are not sound proofed. Our kids were kept up all night by the noises in the hall and from the guests next door. The complimentary breakfast was inedible and there was no coffee. All in all a pretty pricey mistake. Better bet is the newly built Hampton Inn in Glen Carbon.
