Watters Smith Memorial State Park - Lost Creek, Watters Smith Memorial State Park is a 532-acre historical park with a pioneer homestead and museum that is situated in Harrison County, West Virginia. The homestead, rising above Duck Creek, is a memorial to settler Watters Smith, who was born in Trenton, New Jersey, in 1767, and moved to Harrison County in what was then Virginia, in 1796, with his wife Elizabeth Davisson Smith. A log cabin similar to the original was moved and reconstructed on the park, together with farm buildings typical of early 19th century settlement.

West Virginia State Wildlife Center - French Creek, The 'West Virginia State Wildlife Center is a zoological park in French Creek, West Virginia. Operated by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, the Wildlife Center displays many of West Virginia's wildlife, including both native and introduced species. A few of the animals at the Wildlife Center were once found naturally in West Virginia, but were extirpated by the early 1900s.

WVU Coliseum - West Virginia University - Morgantown, The WVU Coliseum is a 14,000-seat multi-purpose arena which is located in the Evansdale campus of West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. The circular arena features a poured concrete roof. The arena, which opened in 1970, is home to the WVU Mountaineers men's and women's basketball teams, men's wrestling, as well as WVU's women's teams in volleyball and gymnastics. The arena has nearly 100 offices, 13 lecture and seminar rooms, a dance studio, safety lab, racquetball and squash courts, Jerry West Mountaineer Room.
