Justin Smith Morrill Homestead - Strafford, Justin Smith Morrill Homestead is the historic Carpenter Gothic home of United States Senator Justin Smith Morrill in Strafford, Vermont, and was one of the first declared National Historic Landmarks, in 1960. Leede Arena - Dartmouth College - , Hanover, Edward Leede Arena is a 2,100-seat, multi-purpose arena in Hanover, New Hampshire. Built in 1986, it is home to the Dartmouth College Big Green basketball team. It is located within the John W. Berry Sports Center, which includes Leede Arena; two additional regulation basketball courts; a 4,500-square boxing gym and fencing room; four varsity locker rooms; squash and racquetball courts, and the athletic ticket office.

Mad River Glen - , Fayston, Mad River Glen is a ski area in Fayston, Vermont. Its terrain has been ranked by SKI magazine as the most challenging on the east coast of the United States. Located within the Green Mountain range, it sits in the Mad River Valley, close to the larger Sugarbush Resort. Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park - Woodstock, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park is a United States National Historical Park in Woodstock, Vermont. The park preserves the site where Frederick Billings established a managed forest and a progressive dairy farm. The name honors Billings and the other owners of the property: George Perkins Marsh and Laurence and Mary French Rockefeller. The Rockefellers transferred the property to the federal government in 1992.

Middlebury College Snow Bowl - Middlebury, The Middlebury College Snow Bowl is a ski area in Hancock, Vermont, 13 miles east of Middlebury in the Green Mountains. The site has been owned and operated by Middlebury College since its first trails were cut in 1934. The Snow Bowl has 17 trails and 3 lifts, offering access to more than 110 acres of terrain. In 2006, it became the first carbon-neutral ski area in the US.

It has roughly 150,000 visitors annually. The museum, including the building and nature trails, is located on over 110 acres of land. It has exhibits on anatomy, math, astronomy, mechanics, and natural history, among others. Its live animal exhibits include a hive of honeybees that is connected to the outdoors and a colony of leafcutter ants.
