Colchester - Colchester, Colchester is a town in Chittenden County, Vermont. The population was 16,986 at the 2000 census. It is the fourth-largest municipality and second-largest town in Vermont by population.

Crown Point State Historic Site - , Crown Point, Crown Point, was a British fort built by the combined efforts of both British and Provincial troops in North America in 1759 at narrows on Lake Champlain on the border between modern New York State and Vermont. Erected to secure the region against the French, the Fort is located near the town of Crown Point, New York and was the largest earthen fortress built in the US. The site is now administered as Crown Point State Historic Site.

ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center - Burlington, ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, formerly the Lake Champlain Basin Science Center, is that can be found on the Burlington waterfront in northern Vermont. It is home to more than 70 species of fish, amphibians, invertebrates, and reptiles, major traveling exhibitions, and the multimedia Awesome Forces Theatre. Fort Ticonderoga - , Ticonderoga, Fort Ticonderoga, formerly Fort Carillon, is a large 18th-century fort built by the French at a narrows near the south end of Lake Champlain in upstate New York in the US. It was constructed by Michel Chartier de Lotbiniere, Marquis de Lotbiniere between 1754 and 1757 during the Seven Years' War, often referred to as the French and Indian War in the USA, and was of strategic importance during the 18th-century colonial conflicts between Great Britain and France, and again to a lesser extent during the American Revolutionary War.

Lake Champlain Maritime Museum - Vergennes, The Lake Champlain Maritime Museum is non-profit museum that is situated in Ferrisburgh, Vermont in the US. Its mission is to preserve and share the history and archaeology of Lake Champlain. As a maritime museum specializing in archaeology, LCMM studies the dozens of shipwrecks discovered in Lake Champlain and plays a major role in the management of those cultural resources. Through the preservation and interpretation of those and other artifacts, the museum strives to tell the story of the people and culture of the Lake Champlain region.

Mad River Glen - , Fayston, Mad River Glen is a ski area in Fayston, Vermont. Its terrain has been ranked by SKI magazine as the most challenging on the east coast of the United States. Located within the Green Mountain range, it sits in the Mad River Valley, close to the larger Sugarbush Resort. Though not considered a large ski area, it has a vertical drop of 2,037 feet, sizable for eastern North America.
