Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History - Bryan, The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History is a located in the Brazos Center in Bryan, Texas. The Museum’s current mission is to preserve and protect natural and cultural history, to stimulate its understanding, and to encourage responsible stewardship of all natural and cultural resources. Fanthorp Inn State Historic Site - Anderson, Fanthorp Inn State Historic Site is a historic hotel in Anderson, Texas. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department acquired the 1.4-acre site by purchase in 1977 from a Fanthorp descendant. Ten years were spent researching and restoring the Inn to its 1850 look. The site was opened to the public on October 4, 1987.

Katy Hamman-Stricker Library - Calvert, The Katy Hamman-Stricker Library is a museum that is situated in Calvert, Texas in the US. The facility comprises a museum as well as a public library and community center. It was the first chapter house built by the American Woman's League in the state. The library is at 404 E. Mitchell Street, Calvert, . Calvert is located within the Golden Triangle of Texas. Constructed in 1909, the building's role changed thirty years later, when it became the town library.

Texas World Speedway - College Station, Texas World Speedway was built in 1969 and is one of only seven superspeedways of two miles or greater in the US, the others being Indianapolis, Daytona, Pocono, Talladega, California, and Michigan. TWS is located on about 600 acres on State Highway 6 in College Station, Texas. There is a 2-mile oval, and several road course configurations. The last major race occurred at the track in 1981. The track is still used by amateur racing clubs such as the SCCA, NASA, driving schools and car clubs, as well as hosting music concerts and the like.
