Ashtabula Historic House - Pendleton, Ashtabula is a plantation house at 2725 Old Greenville Highway near Pendleton in Anderson County, South Carolina in the US. It has been also known as the Gibbes-Broyles-Latta-Pelzer House or some combination of one or more of these names. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places as a Historic District on March 23, 1972. It is considered a significant example of a Lowcountry style plantation house built for a Charleston family in the Upstate in the early nineteenth century.

Fort Hollingsworth-White House - , Alto, The Fort Hollingsworth-White House is a well-preserved example of an early frontier fort built in Alto, Georgia in the late 18th century. The fort was built around 1792 by Jacob Hollingsworth on newly opened lands resulting from treaties with the Cherokee nation, and was meant to protect the settlers in the area. The fort was adapted as a farm residence, principally by the White family, and has passed through generations of owners.
