Eisenhower National Historic Site - Gettysburg, Eisenhower National Historic Site was the home and farm of General and President of the United States Dwight D. Eisenhower and Mamie Doud Eisenhower. Located adjacent to the Gettysburg Battlefield in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the farm served as a weekend retreat for the President and a meeting place for world leaders. It was the Eisenhowers' home after they left the White House in 1961. With its putting green, skeet range, and view of South Mountain, it offered President Eisenhower a much-needed respite from the pressures of Washington.

Fort Frederick State Park - , Big Pool, Fort Frederick State Park is a Maryland state park surrounding the restored Fort Frederick, a fort from the French and Indian War and American Revolutionary War. The park is south of the town of Big Pool on the Potomac River; the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal runs through the park grounds. The fort was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1973.

Fulton County Historical Society Museum - Mcconnellsburg, The Fulton House is a prominent Georgian-influenced stone tavern built circa 1793 and located on Lincoln Way East in Mcconnellsburg, Pennsylvania, this inn once boarded governors and four presidents and was originally known as The Union Hotel. The building is now restored following a devastating 1944 fire that destroyed much of the 18th century interior of the original structure. The 1820 east end addition was not affected by the fire.

The Gettysburg Battlefield Historic District partially overlaps and partially protects other privately held properties.

Hager House (Hagerstown, Maryland) - , Hagerstown, The Hager House is a two-story stone house in Hagerstown, Maryland that dates to circa 1740. The house was built by Jonathan Hager, a German immigrant from Westphalia, who founded Hagerstown. The basement contains two spring-fed pools of water, providing a secure water source. Hager sold the property, then known as Hager's Fancy to Jacob Rohrer. The house remained in the Rohrer family until 1944, when it was acquired by the Washington County Historical Society.

Knott Arena - Mount St. Mary's University - , Emmitsburg, Knott Arena is a 3,121-seat multi-purpose sports arena at Mount Saint Mary's University, in Emmitsburg, Maryland. It was built in 1987 and is home to the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers men's basketball team.

Built in 1999, this Gettysburg course designed by Lindsay Ervin is open mar 15 to nov 15.
