Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is a nature preserve, botanical garden, and accredited museum located at 1635 River Road, New Hope, Pennsylvania. It is open daily except for major holidays; an admission fee is charged to nonmembers. A non-profit organization, Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve Association Inc., maintains the park in accordance to a management agreement with the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.

Historic Bushkill Park is an amusement park that is situated in Easton, Pennsylvania. It is a small amusement park, generally geared toward younger audiences. It operated continuously from 1902-2004, and during the Summer of 2006, and has been closed since then. In 1933, Thomas Long leased Bushkill Park, furnishing it with the carousel that he and his father had hand-carved in Philadelphia in 1903. Long bought the park in 1939 and operated it for the rest of his life with his wife, Mabel "Mom" Long, who operated it until her death in 1989.

Caleb Pusey, formally Caleb Bartholomew, was a lastmaker and a friend and business partner of William Penn, the founder of the colony of Pennsylvania. Pusey came to the colony to manage Chester Mills for Penn. Situated on Chester Creek west of Philadelphia, they were the first Proprietary grist mill and sawmill in the colony. From 1701, Pusey served as a justice of the provincial supreme court. Pusey became involved with the local Quaker community, as well as local government.

Carpenters' Hall is a two-story brick building in the Old City neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that was a key meeting place in the early history of the United States. Completed in 1773 and set back from Chestnut Street, the meeting hall was built for and is still owned by the Carpenters' Company of the City and County of Philadelphia, the country's oldest extant trade guild. The First Continental Congress met here.
