Astoria Column - Astoria, The Astoria Column is a tower overlooking the mouth of the Columbia River on Coxcomb Hill in the city of Astoria in the U.S. state of Oregon. Built in 1926, the concrete and steel structure is part of a 30-acre city park. The 125-foot-tall column has an observation deck at the top and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 2, 1974.

Fort Clatsop National Memorial - Astoria, Fort Clatsop was the encampment of the Lewis and Clark Expedition in the Oregon Country near the mouth of the Columbia River during the winter of 1805-1806. Located along the Lewis and Clark River at the north end of the Clatsop Plains about 5 mi southwest of Astoria, the fort was the last encampment of the Corps of Discovery before embarking on their return trip east to St. Louis.

Fort Stevens Historical Area - Warrenton, Fort Stevens was an American military installation that guarded the mouth of the Columbia River in the state of Oregon. Built near the end of the American Civil War, it was named for slain Civil War general and former Washington Territory governor, Isaac Stevens. The fort was an active military reservation from 1863–1947. The fort is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center - , Cape Disappointment State Park, Cape Disappointment State Park, formerly known as Fort Canby State Park, is a 1,882-acre park located southwest of Ilwaco, Washington. The park is that can be found on the southern part of Long Beach Peninsula, which is fronted by the Pacific Ocean. The park is one of several state parks and sites in Washington and Oregon that make up the Lewis and Clark National and State Historical Parks. Sights in the park include 27 miles of ocean beach, the North Head Lighthouse, Cape Disappointment Lighthouse, and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center.
