Mount Hood Meadows - Government Camp, Mount Hood Meadows is one of the largest ski resorts in the US state of Oregon and the largest ski resort near Mount Hood. It is located about 67 miles east of Portland, and 35 miles from Hood River along Oregon Route 35. It has both alpine and Nordic ski areas and offers night skiing, lessons and equipment rentals. There are no overnight accommodations at Mount Hood Meadows itself, but a number of hotels and motels nearby offer shuttle services to the resort.

Mount Hood Ski Bowl - , /a>, , , Government Camp, Mount Hood Skibowl is a recreation area on Mount Hood located near Government Camp, Oregon. It is the largest night ski area in the US, and the total skiable area encompasses an area of 960 acres. The resort is the closest ski venue to Portland, with an elevation of 3,600 feet at the lodge, rising to just over 5,000 feet at the summit. The average snowfall at the area is 300 inches, with an average consolidated base around 100 inches and 65 marked trails.

Skamania Lodge Golf Course - , Stevenson, The Skamania Lodge Golf Course is an 18 hole resort golf course in Skamania County Washington. Built in 1993, this Stevenson course designed by Gene Bunny Mason is open all year. Tee times are accepted up to 14 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 509-427-2540. Springwater Golf Course - Estacada, The Springwater Golf Course is a 9 hole public golf course in Clackamas County Oregon. Built in 1962, this Estacada course is open all year. Summit Ski Area - , /a>, , , Government Camp, Summit Ski Area is a small ski park located on Mount Hood, alongside the Mount Hood Highway in Government Camp, Oregon. Built in 1927, it is the oldest ski area in the Pacific Northwest. In addition to downhill skiing and snowboarding, Summit also offers innertubing and nordic trails.. The resort has a chairlift called "Homestead Lift" and a rope tow. NOTE: Their web site currently states that they no longer have a rope tow.

Timberline - , /a>, , , Government Camp, Timberline Lodge ski area is the ski and snowboarding area of Timberline Lodge, a National Historic Landmark in the U.S state of Oregon. It is one of a few ski lodges in the US which is above ski-permissible terrain. It is that can be found on the south face of Mount Hood, about 60 miles east of Portland, accessible via the Mount Hood Scenic Byway.
