Urban Plains Center - Fargo, Scheels Arena is a multi-purpose venue located in Fargo, North Dakota. It is part of the Sanford Health Athletic Park which contains the arena with a YMCA under construction and plans to add four additional ice sheets. It was constructed and opened in 2008 and was renamed in 2010. The arena seats up to 6,000 for concerts and over 5,000 for ice hockey and features 40 suites and 300 club seats. It features an Olympic-sized ice sheet and one of a handful of arenas with rounded corner glass sheets.
