Sea Scape Golf Links - Kitty Hawk, The Sea Scape Golf Links is an 18 hole public golf course in Dare County North Carolina. Built in 1968, this Kitty Hawk course designed by Art Wall is open all year. Tee times are accepted up to 90 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 252-261-2158. The golf course dress code is as follows: No denim, collared shirt and bermuda shorts required.
