Norfolk Scope - , Norfolk, Norfolk Scope is a 12,600-seat multipurpose arena at the northern perimeter of downtown Norfolk, Virginia, designed by Italian architect/engineer Pier Luigi Nervi in conjunction with the now defunct local firm of Williams and Tazewell.
