Ashtabula Historic House - Pendleton, Ashtabula is a plantation house at 2725 Old Greenville Highway near Pendleton in Anderson County, South Carolina in the US. It has been also known as the Gibbes-Broyles-Latta-Pelzer House or some combination of one or more of these names. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places as a Historic District on March 23, 1972. It is considered a significant example of a Lowcountry style plantation house built for a Charleston family in the Upstate in the early nineteenth century.

Blue Ridge Golf Center - , Walhalla, The Blue Ridge Golf Center is a 9 hole public golf course in Oconee County South Carolina. Built in 1995, this Walhalla course designed by William B. BMW Zentrum - , Spartanburg, BMW Manufacturing Co. Spartanburg is BMW's only US production facility. It was built to serve the demand of BMW automobiles directly in the US. Due to the structure of BMW's production plan, however, the Spartanburg plant does not actually assemble all BMW vehicles sold in the US market; instead, the plant serves as the only X5 and X6 production site in the world. Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site - Flat Rock, , , , , , , Henderson County, Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site, located near Hendersonville in Flat Rock, North Carolina, preserves Connemara Farms, the home of Pulitzer Prize-winning poet and writer Carl Sandburg. Though a Midwesterner, Sandburg and his family moved to this home in 1945 for the peace and solitude required for his writing and the more-than-30 acres of pastureland required for his wife, Lilian, to raise her champion dairy goats.
