District 10 School - , Alexandria, The former District 10 School is located just north of state highways 28 and 30 south of Margaretville, New York. It is a stone one-room schoolhouse built, demolished and rebuilt in the middle of the 19th century.

It was built about 1798 and consists of a two story, clapboarded, rectangular frame main section with a one and one half story rear wing. The house is in the Federal style.
