1805 Frisbie House - , Salisbury, , , , , , , , Herkimer County, Augustus Frisbie House is a historic home located at Salisbury Center in Herkimer County, New York. It was built in 1805 and is a two story, five bay, gable roofed frame residence with a one story, gable roofed wing in the Federal style. The main block is over a cut limestone foundation above a full basement. It is preserved as a museum of local history by the Salisbury Historical Society.

Ames Museum - , Ames, Ames Academy Building is a historic school building located at Ames, Montgomery County, New York. It was built in 1835 and is a two story, rectangular, gable roofed, stone masonry building five bays long and two bays wide. The walls are constructed of cut limestone blocks. The Ames Academy received a charter from the New York State Board of Regents on February 5, 1839. It was used as a school until 1959. Since 1987 it has housed a local history museum.

It is a two story, flat roofed, frame Italianate dwelling built in 1884. It was enlarged and modified with a series of renovations between 1890 and 1912. It now houses a medical history museum. On October 19, 1780, the Battle of Klock's Field was fought just to west-northwest of the fort. The fort is located at 7203 Route 5 roughly two miles east of the Village of St. Johnsville, New York.
