Zim House - Horseheads, Zimmerman House, which is also referred to as Zim House, was the home of cartoonist Eugene Zimmerman, which is also referred to as Zim. He designed the house in a Queen Anne style in 1890. It was built by his father-in-law, Alvah Beard. Zim also designed the Zim bandstand in nearby Teal Park.
