Billou-Stillwell-Perine House - Staten Island, The Billou-Stillwell-Perine House located at 1476 Richmond Road, Staten Island, New York, is a Dutch Colonial structure and the oldest building still standing on Staten Island, dating to circa 1662. Built by Pierre Billou, one of the original Dutch settlers and the founder of Old Dorp in 1661, the home is owned by the Staten Island Historical Society and is rarely ever open. There is a legend that it is haunted.

Boxwood Hall - , Elizabeth, Boxwood Hall, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, was the home from 1772 to 1795 of Elias Boudinot, president of the Continental Congress and a signer of the Treaty of Paris in 1783 ending the American Revolution. Boudinot and others met George Washington here for a luncheon and then escorted him to Manhattan for his inauguration on April 30, 1789.
