Bergen County Zoological Park - Paramus, Van Saun County Park is located in Paramus, New Jersey. The Park is home to the Bergen County Zoological Park. In addition, the park features picnic areas, a baseball field, a softball field, basketball and tennis courts, a soccerfield, a playground, a carousel, and pony rides. Bowcraft Playland - Scotch Plains, Bowcraft Amusement Park or Bowcraft Playland is located on Route 22 West in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. It is a medium size family amusement park with a large selection of rides for children and teens, including two roller coasters. Bowcraft Amusement Park is open weekends from April through October and daily June through Labor Day. The park is called Bowcraft because before the 1970s, it offered archery and arts and crafts.

Boxwood Hall - Elizabeth, Boxwood Hall, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, was the home from 1772 to 1795 of Elias Boudinot, president of the Continental Congress and a signer of the Treaty of Paris in 1783 ending the American Revolution. Boudinot and others met George Washington here for a luncheon and then escorted him to Manhattan for his inauguration on April 30, 1789.
