Athenaeum of Philadelphia - , Philadelphia, The Athenaeum of Philadelphia, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is a special collections library founded in 1814 to collect materials "connected with the history and antiquities of America, and the useful arts, and generally to disseminate useful knowledge" for public benefit. The Athenaeum's collections include architecture and interior design history, particularly for the period 1800 to 1945. Bowcraft Playland - Scotch Plains, Bowcraft Amusement Park or Bowcraft Playland is located on Route 22 West in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. It is a medium size family amusement park with a large selection of rides for children and teens, including two roller coasters. Bowcraft Amusement Park is open weekends from April through October and daily June through Labor Day. The park is called Bowcraft because before the 1970s, it offered archery and arts and crafts.
