Alice Austen House - , Staten Island, The Alice Austen House, which is also referred to as Clear Comfort, is located at 2 Hylan Boulevard in the Rosebank section of Staten Island, New York City, New York. It was home of Alice Austen, a photographer, for most of her lifetime, and is now a museum and a member of the Historic House Trust. The house is administered by the "Friends of Alice Austen", a volunteer group.

The village was originally established as a bog iron furnace known as the Howell Works, which the company's owner, philanthropist James P. Alumni Hall - St. John's University - , New York, Carnesecca Arena is a 6,008-seat multi-purpose arena in Queens County, New York in the US. It was built in 1961 and renamed in honor of Hall of Fame Coach Lou Carnesecca on November 23, 2004. Asbury Park - Asbury Park, Asbury Park is a city in Monmouth County, New Jersey, on the Jersey Shore and part of the New York City Metropolitan Area. As of the 2000 United States Census, the city population was 16,930. Asbury Park was originally incorporated as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 26, 1874, from portions of Ocean Township. The borough was reincorporated on February 28, 1893.
