Andrew John Volstead House - Granite Falls, The Andrew John Volstead House, located at 163 Ninth Avenue, Granite Falls, in the U.S. state of Minnesota was the home of Andrew Volstead. He personified prohibition to the American people, having authored the National Prohibition Act of 1919. The home is a wood-frame structure with a large two-story stairwell tower that was added on by Volstead shortly after he purchased the property. During Volstead's time, the first floor had a large screened porch; this has now been replaced by an open porch.

Fort Ridgely - Fairfax, Fort Ridgely was a United States Army outpost near the Dakota reservation in southwestern Minnesota. Built between 1853–1855, it played an important role in the Dakota War of 1862. The Battle of Fort Ridgely was fought there in two engagements over August 20–22, 1862 between Army volunteers and refugees from the Minnesota River valley, and Dakota forces.

Harkin's General Store - Saint Peter, Harkin's General Store is all that remains of West Newton, in Nicollet County, Minnesota. Most of the stock was left when the store was closed and abandoned, and remains today as a museum operated by the Minnesota Historical Society.

Jeffers Petroglyphs - Jeffers, The Jeffers Petroglyphs site is an outcrop in southwestern Minnesota with pre-contact Native American petroglyphs. The petroglyphs are pecked into rock of the Red Rock Ridge, a 23-mile-long Sioux quartzite outcrop that extends from Watonwan County, Minnesota to Brown County, Minnesota. The exposed surface is about 150 feet by 650 feet and surrounded by virgin prairie. Several old wagon trail ruts traverse the site, one of which is believed to be the old stage coach route from New Ulm, Minnesota to Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
