Eisenhower National Historic Site - , Gettysburg, Eisenhower National Historic Site was the home and farm of General and President of the United States Dwight D. Eisenhower and Mamie Doud Eisenhower. Gathland State Park - Burkittsville, Gathland State Park is a small state park located near Burkittsville, Maryland in the US. The park is composed of the remains of the estate of George Alfred Townsend, a correspondent during the American Civil War who wrote under the pen name "Gath".
