Baker Mountain - Bingham, Baker Mountain is a small community ski area located in Moscow, Maine. It consists of five runs and a T-bar lift. The ski area is on the southern end of Pierce Hill, just north of its namesake, Baker Mountain It was started in 1930 by Allen Quimby Jr.

Orgonon - Rangeley, Orgonon was the 160-acre home, laboratory and research center of the Austrian-born psychiatrist Wilhelm Reich. Located in Rangeley, Maine, it is Reich's burial place, and is now open to the public as the Wilhelm Reich Museum.

Sugarloaf - , Carrabassett Valley, Sugarloaf is a ski area and resort located on Sugarloaf Mountain in Carrabassett Valley, northern Maine. It is the largest ski resort in the State of Maine, in terms of number of trails, skiable acreage, and snowmaking percentage; its continuous vertical drop of 2,820 feet is the longest in New England. Sugarloaf recorded a total of 352,000 skier visits in the 2005-2006 season, ranking it second among Maine resorts and 11th in New England, according to Ski Area Management magazine.
