Airpower Museum - Ottumwa, The Airpower Museum is a 20,000-square-foot aviation museum that can be found on the 30 acres of an Antique Airfield near Blakesburg, Iowa. The Airpower Museum was founded by Robert L. Taylor and the Antique Aircraft Association in 1965 and features various periods of aviation through models, engines, propellers, photos and original art. about 25 aircraft are on display, including warbirds from World War Two.

American Gothic House - Eldon, The American Gothic House, which is also referred to as the Dibble House, is an iconic Carpenter Gothic house in Eldon, Iowa. It was the backdrop of the 1930 painting American Gothic by Grant Wood. Generally considered Wood's most famous work and among the most recognized paintings in twentieth century American art, the painting is the model for hundreds of parodies across every creative medium. Grant Wood, who observed the house only once in his lifetime, made only an initial sketch of the house—he completed American Gothic at his studio in Cedar Rapids.
