Fort Ouiatenon - West Lafayette, Fort Ouiatenon was the first fortified European settlement in what is now called Indiana. It was a French trading post at the joining of the Tippecanoe River and the Wabash River located about three miles southwest of modern-day West Lafayette, . The name 'Ouiatenon' is a French rendering of the name in the Wea language, waayaahtanonki, meaning 'place of the whirlpool'.

General Lew Wallace Study - Crawfordsville, The General Lew Wallace Study & Museum, formerly known as the Ben-Hur Museum, is located in Crawfordsville, Indiana. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976, and in 2008 was awarded a National Medal from the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. The museum is associated with the life of Lew Wallace and the novel Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ. Henry S. Lane House - Crawfordsville, The Henry S. Lane House was the home of Henry S. Lane and Joanna Lane. It is located at 212 South Water Street in Crawfordsville, Indiana. In 1939, Helen Elston Smith, the Lanes' niece, died and willed the house and its contents to the Montgomery County Historical Society. The house has been a museum since Helen's death.
