Congregation Mickve Israel - Savannah, Congregation Mickve Israel, in Savannah, Georgia, is one of the oldest synagogues in the US, the congregation having begun in 1733. The synagogue, located on Monterey Square in historic Savannah, was consecrated in 1878, and is a rare example of a Gothic-style synagogue. Roebling Road Raceway - Bloomingdale, Roebling Road Raceway is a 2.02 mile road racing course located just outside Bloomingdale, Georgia. Opened in 1959, Roebling Road is relatively unique amongst racetracks in that it lacks any accommodations for spectators — there are no grandstands, no picnicking areas or any other sort of viewing facilities. The track was designed by John Rueter and held its first SCCA event June 11-12, 1960. The track was financed by and named after SCCA supporter Robert Roebling, great grandson of John A.

Roundhouse Railroad Museum - Savannah, The Roundhouse Railroad Museum is a museum that can be found at 601 West Harris Street, Savannah, Georgia. The museum is located at the old passenger terminal at the Central of Georgia Railroad: Savannah Shops and Terminal Facilities and it contains exhibits of historic railroad equipment and facilities. Prior to becoming a museum, the Central of Georgia Railway built the facility in 1851 and operated it until 1963.
