Ashtabula Historic House - , Pendleton, Ashtabula is a plantation house at 2725 Old Greenville Highway near Pendleton in Anderson County, South Carolina in the US. It has been also known as the Gibbes-Broyles-Latta-Pelzer House or some combination of one or more of these names. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places as a Historic District on March 23, 1972. It is considered a significant example of a Lowcountry style plantation house built for a Charleston family in the Upstate in the early nineteenth century.

Hanover House - , Clemson, Hanover House is a French Huguenot house built in 1714-1716. The house is also known as the St. Julien-Ravenel House. Grady House, is a Greek Revival house built in 1840s in Athens, Georgia. It was purchased by the father of Henry W. Grady in 1863. Henry W. Grady was editor of the "Atlanta Constitution" and a major figure in the recovery of the South after the Civil War.
