Miramont Castle - Manitou Springs, Miramont Castle is a museum that is situated in Manitou Springs, Colorado. The Castle was originally buiilt in 1895 as a private home for Father Jean Baptist Francolon, a French born Catholic priest. Francolon ordered the castle that would share the same property as a sanatarium.Construction was completed in 1896. The castle was home to the Montcalme Sanatarium ran by the Sisters of Mercy. They acquired Miramont Castle in 1904 when it lay dormant as Father Francolon had moved away in 1900.

Peterson Air and Space Museum - , Springs, Peterson Air and Space Museum is a museum that is situated inside Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Access to the museum is limited due to security concerns, so tour groups should contact the museum curator.
