Golf Club at Bear Dance, The - Larkspur, The Golf Club at Bear Dance is an 18 hole public golf course in Douglas County Colorado. Built in 2002, this Larkspur course designed by Aurand, Bruening and Hogan is open mar 1 to dec 1. Tee times are accepted by calling the pro shop at 303-681-4653. The golf course dress code is as follows: No denim, collared shirt and bermuda short required.

Miramont Castle - Manitou Springs, Miramont Castle is a museum that is situated in Manitou Springs, Colorado. The Castle was originally buiilt in 1895 as a private home for Father Jean Baptist Francolon, a French born Catholic priest. Francolon ordered the castle that would share the same property as a sanatarium.Construction was completed in 1896. The castle was home to the Montcalme Sanatarium ran by the Sisters of Mercy. They acquired Miramont Castle in 1904 when it lay dormant as Father Francolon had moved away in 1900.

Tee times are accepted up to 7 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 303-663-7150. The golf course dress code is as follows: Collared shirt, no cutoffs, denim OK.

Built in 1997, this Castle Rock course designed by Tom Weiskopf is open all year. Tee times are accepted up to 7 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 303-688-0100. Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center - Woodland Park, The Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center is a museum devoted to dinosaurs and fossils. Located at the corner of US Highway 24 and South Fairview Street in Woodland Park, Colorado, it displays mounted, articulated dinosaur skeletons, as well as other fossils. The museum also includes a fossil preparation lab and a large gift shop.
