Agua Caliente Casino - Rancho Mirage, The Agua Caliente Casino is an Indian-gaming facility in Rancho Mirage, California. It is run by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. The facility currently has over 45,000 square feet of gambling floor. The casino has completed a 16-story, 173-foot hotel tower which opened in December 2007. Currently the tower is the second tallest building in the Inland Empire.

Bear Mountain - Big Bear Lake, Bear Mountain , formerly Goldmine Mountain, is a ski area in Southern California. It is the sister resort of Snow Summit, together known as Big Bear Mountain Resorts. In 2002 Bear Mountain was purchased by Snow Summit, and the two resorts are now accessible with a single lift ticket. Snow Summit management led by Richard "Dick" Kun felt that establishing a snowboard-centric area at Bear Mountain would move the majority of snowboarders away from Snow Summit, freeing the latter to become a more family friendly mountain.
