Infineon Raceway - Sonoma, Infineon Raceway, formerly Sears Point Raceway, is a 2.52 miles road course and drag strip that can be found on the landform known as Sears Point in the southern Sonoma Mountains near Sonoma, California in the US. The course is a complex series of twists and turns that go up and down the hills. It is host to one of only five national NASCAR races each year that are run on road courses. It is also host to the Indy Racing League and several other auto races and motorcycle races such as the American Federation of Motorcyclists series.

Jack London State Historic Park - Glen Ellen, Jack London State Historic Park, which is also referred to as Jack London Home and Ranch, is a California State Historic Park near Glen Ellen, California, situated on the eastern slope of Sonoma Mountain. The main attraction was the Point Reyes National Sea Shore. Our goal was to visit the Lighthouse Visitor Center at the farthest tip of the park, but we made several stops enroute.
