Harrah's Rincon-San Diego Casino and Resort - Valley Center, Harrah's Rincon is a casino and hotel located north of San Diego, California near I-15 in Valley Center, . The hotel has 662 rooms and a 21 story tower. The casino consists of 1600 slot machines and 51 tables, including eight poker tables.
