Tierra del Sol Golf Club - , City, The Tierra del Sol Golf Club is an 18 hole public golf course in Kern County California. Built in 1977, this California City course designed by Bruce Devlin is open all year. Tee times are accepted up to 2 days in advance and the pro shop phone number for reservations is 760-373-2384. Willow Springs International Motorsports Park - Lancaster, Willow Springs International Motorsports Park is an auto race track that is situated in Willow Springs near Rosamond and Lancaster, California, and is about an hour north of Los Angeles. It is a historic race track, in existence more than fifty years. Construction of the track began in 1952, with the inaugural first race held on November 23, 1953. The main track is a challenging 2.5-mile long road course that is unchanged from its original 1953 configuration.
