Aerospace Museum of California - Sacramento, The Aerospace Museum of California is an aviation museum that is situated in North Highlands, California on the former McClellan Air Force Base, which closed in 2001. It features displays of authentic military and civilian aircraft as well as space vehicle replicas. It preserves the history and mission of this former base as well as those of neighboring bases like Beale and Mather Air Force Bases. The museum was originally established as the McClellan Aviation Museum in 1986.

California State Indian Museum - Sacramento, The State Indian Museum is a California State Historic park located in Sacramento, California. The museum exhibits traditional items illustrating the varying cultures of the State’s first inhabitants. The native population of California, one of the largest and most diverse in the Western hemisphere, was made up of over 150 distinct tribal groups who spoke at least sixty-four different languages. Prior to the arrival of the first European explorers, the native population is estimated to have been in excess of 500,000 people.
