De Saisset Museum - Santa Clara, The de Saisset Museum at Santa Clara University opened in the early 1950s after Isabel de Saisset, the last member of a French pioneer family bequeathed her estate to the University of Santa Clara, . The museum owns nearly 10,000 art pieces and historical artifacts, including the work of well known early Californian artist and university alumnus Ernest de Saisset and a considerable collection of California mission artifacts.

Forbes Mill - Los Gatos, Forbes Mill is a now-defunct flour mill originally built in 1854 located in Los Gatos, California which now serves as a museum after being saved from destruction in 1982. The mill is the first commercial building to be established in the city of Los Gatos, . The existing two-story building is actually a storage annex which was added to the original four-story stone mill building in the fall of 1880.
