Arkansas Arts Center - Little Rock, One of the leading cultural institutions in the state, the Arkansas Arts Center is that can be found on the corner of 9th and Commerce streets in MacArthur Park, Little Rock, Arkansas in the US. Its primary exhibit is the USS Razorback, a WWII Balao-class submarine which later served in the Korean, Vietnam and Cold Wars. The submarine was later transitioned to the Turkish Navy before becoming a museum ship.
