West Helena Municipal Golf Course - Lexa, The West Helena Municipal Golf Course is a 9 hole public golf course in Phillips County Arkansas. Built in 1974, this Lexa course designed by Woody Waldel is open all year. For tee time information call the pro shop at 870-572-1490. The golf course dress code is as follows: Shirt and shoes required.
