Wyoming is in the western United States and is mostly covered by the Eastern Rocky Mountains where the Great Plains meets the Rockies. It encompasses the Grand Teton National Park (the name "Teton" came from French meaning "teat" due to its shape), which includes almost 200 miles of enjoyable trails to hike through. Big Horn Lake which is a recreation area and extends largely into Wyoming, can be visited through the visitor center located in the town of Lovell, Wyoming. It is a great trout fishing area and if you like to hear an awesome triple echo you can do so on the north part of Lovell from the canyon rim! Another great point of interest is the National Monument known as Devils Tower. It is a colossal projection or volcanic neck rising impressively and has been a great spot for traditional rock climbing. If your interest is fossils then Fossil Butte National Monument is for you. In it is preserved possibly the world’s best fossils which include alligators, turtles, fish and more.

Grand Targhee - via Driggs
Grand Targhee Resort is a ski resort that is situated in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest in Alta, Wyoming. It is 42 miles northwest of Jackson, Wyoming, accessible by road only by way of Driggs, Idaho. The resort has lodging, a spa, retail stores, and conference facilities. On the west side of the famous Teton Range, it is located 8 miles northwest of the Grand Teton, and the majority of the slopes at Grand Targhee face west.

Grand Teton National Park is a United States national park that is situated in northwestern Wyoming, south of Yellowstone National Park. The park is named after the Grand Teton, which, at 13,770 feet, is the tallest mountain in the Teton Range.

Hogadon - Casper
Hogadon Ski Area is a ski resort located 11 miles south of Casper, Wyoming on Casper Mountain. The mountain features about 24 trails of varying difficulty. Of those trails, 20% are beginner, 40% are intermediate and 40% are expert ski terrain. The mountain also features a snow board terrain park covering 600 vertical feet. The resort offers a restaurant as well. Hogadon is one of the few resorts in the country that has the actual resort building that can be found on the summit as opposed to the base.
