Nevada is best known as the state in which is found the city of Las Vegas: the entertainment and gambling capital of the world. On the strip are found the largest casinos, hotels and resorts. It was also made famous by Elvis Presley's movie "Viva Las Vegas". The State is well known for its uncomplicated marriage proceedings. One can always find brides and grooms "tying the knot". It is also well known for an easy "untying" of the same knot! It is the most arid state in the United States in which is included part of the Mojave Desert. It is also known as "the Silver State" due to the large amount of silver which was mined there. Temperatures can run very high in the summer, up to 125 F, and cold in the winter, 52 F.

Adventuredome - Las Vegas
Adventuredome is a 5-acre indoor amusement park located at Circus Circus in Las Vegas, Nevada on the Las Vegas Strip. The park offers 25 rides and attractions and is connected to the hotel via The Promenade. The amusement park includes the Canyon Blaster roller coaster, rock climbing wall, 18-hole miniature golf course, an arcade, clown shows, Xtreme Zone, Pikes Pass, Virtual Reality Zone, Midway Games, and carnival-type games.

Aquarius - Laughlin
Aquarius Casino Resort is the largest hotel and casino that is situated in Laughlin, Nevada. Owned by American Casino & Entertainment Properties, it has 1,907 rooms and suites in two, 18-story towers that overlook the Colorado River. The hotel casino's 57,000 sq ft has more than 1,500 slot machines and nearly 60 table games, as well as a race and sports book. In addition to the casino, the property includes a business center, fitness center, pool, and tennis courts.

Aria Resort & Casino - Paradise
Aria Resort & Casino is a five-star Las Vegas luxury hotel, skyscraper, and central feature to the CityCenter development. Designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, the 60-story two curvilinear glass towers house 4,004 rooms totaling 4,000,000 sq ft. At its base is a 150,000 sq ft casino and a three-story lobby that uses natural materials including lush foliage, flowers, glass, wood, and stone.

Arizona Charlie's Boulder - Paradise
Arizona Charlie's Boulder Hotel & Casino is a 301 room hotel and a 35,000-square-foot locals casino that is situated in Paradise, Nevada. Owned by American Casino & Entertainment Properties, it is on Boulder Highway between the Boulder Station and the Sam's Town.

Atlantis - Reno
Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is a hotel and casino in Reno, Nevada. The property is currently owned by Monarch Casino Resort Inc. The three hotel towers have combined 1,000 guest rooms and Jacuzzi suites. In addition to having one of the largest gaming floors in the City of Reno, Atlantis is also home to the city's only Concierge Tower which encompass floors 21-25 of the Atlantis' tallest tower.

Bally's Las Vegas, formerly the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, is a hotel and casino that can be found on the Las Vegas Strip. The Las Vegas resort is located within the locale of Paradise, Nevada and is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment Corp.. The hotel features 2,814 extra-sized guestrooms that are 450 sq ft or larger and over 175,000 sq ft of banquet and meeting space. The casino occupies 67,000 sq ft.
