Air Power Park - Hampton, The Air Power Park is an outdoor, roadside museum in Hampton, Virginia which recognizes Hampton's role in America's early space exploration and aircraft testing. The park is on a 15 acres plot and includes a children's playground. There is no inside museum or visitor center Several vintage aircraft and experimental space launch vehicles from the 1950s and 1960s are displayed out of doors.

Bacon's Castle - Surry, Bacon's Castle, also variously known as "Allen's Brick House" or the "Arthur Allen House" is located in Surry County, Virginia in the US. Soon after Surry County was formed in the Royal Colony of Virginia in 1652, Arthur Allen built a Jacobean brick house in 1665 near the James River, where he and his wife Alice Allen lived. He was a wealthy merchant and a Justice of the Peace in Surry County. Allen died in 1669, but his son, Major Arthur Allen II, inherited the house and property.

Buckroe Beach - , Buckroe Beach, Buckroe Beach is a neighborhood in the independent city of Hampton, Virginia. It lies just north of Fort Monroe and fronts the mouth of Hampton Roads at the Chesapeake Bay. One of the oldest recreational areas in the state, it was long located in Elizabeth City County near the downtown area of the lost town of Phoebus prior to their consolidation with Hampton in 1952.

Cape Henry Lighthouse - , Beach, The Cape Henry Lighthouse has long been important for the large amount of ocean-going shipping traffic for the harbors, its rivers, and shipping headed to ports on the Chesapeake Bay. It was the first lighthouse authorized by the U.S. government, dating from 1792. It was also the first federal construction project under the Constitution, for an original contract amount of $15,200.
